I purchased these two products for my 17 yr old grandson. His request. He was thrilled with his gift and promptly ordered the other two products. He placed his order on Dec 26th. It is now Jan 18 & he still hasn’t received his order. It was despatched the first week in Jan and the tracking information has had the parcel languishing with the Launceston carriers for over a week. As there is no information for him about the identity of the couriers he is unable to contact them. He has contacted Tomorrow Skincare, but it appears they are unable to assist at this stage.
The delivery process for my order prior to Xmas was very slow too. When it was delivered at 7.00 on a Sat night the parcel was simply placed at the front door. The courier did not ring the doorbell to alert me that he was leaving the parcel. It was an email I saw the next morning saying the parcel had been delivered that prompted me to go and look for it. Fortunately it was still at the front door.
My strong recommendation is that Tomorrow Skincare look to using Australia Post for deliveries. They offer an outstanding service that is reliable and secure.
My grandson loves the products that I gave him for Xmas.
